Role Statement:
Provide Ahli Islamic customer's financial services which exceed the customer's expectations by delivering competent, timely, and problem free services
Key Objectives:
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets
- Assist sales team in achieving overall branch targets
- Act as a team player and contribute to achievement of goals based on the key performance indicators, in the branch & provide support and coach new staff to ease their assimilation in the bank
- Provide constructive and constant feedback on improvement of: products services, processes which may either reduce cycle time or costs or enhance customer satisfaction
- Adhere to branch process and report deviations to the Senior Personal Banker, which should finally lead to an acceptable branch audit rating
Person Specifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in banking sector
- Omani National
