To conduct comprehensive credit analysis, including financial statement reviews and risk assessment, for customers under the SAM (Special Assets Management) Unit. The role involves preparing credit applications, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely processing of proposals, and managing operational matters related to distressed or watchlist accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Credit Analysis and Review
Analyze customers' balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
Prepare detailed credit applications for new and existing proposals within the required time frame.
Assess financial, economic, and business risks and recommend suitable credit strategies.
Portfolio Monitoring and Annual Reviews
Perform annual credit reviews for assigned accounts and ensure submission within specified deadlines.
Monitor performance trends and payment behavior of clients under the SAM portfolio.
Identify early warning signs and escalate risks when necessary.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Risk Management Group (RMG), Credit Administration Department (CAD), Documentation, Legal, Branches, and Operations for effective case management.
Ensure smooth processing of customer-related matters by addressing documentation and operational issues in a timely manner.
Documentation and Compliance
Review and verify legal and security documentation for each credit case.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all portfolio accounts.
Reporting and Communication
Assist in preparing reports on account status, recovery progress, and portfolio health.
Maintain professional communication with customers for clarifications or pending requirements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, with at least 2 years in corporate banking or special assets management.
