Relationship Manager Private Banking

Role Statement
Acquire and grow Private Banking relationships as per the agreed targets of Revenue and increase Asset under Management of investments together with the enhancement of liabilities and assets.
Principal Responsibilities
1.  Sales Effectiveness:
Apply a disciplined sales process, including cross selling of different product ranges, to deliver a robust pipeline and reliable sales results.  Continuously develops and draws upon a network of relationships to generate new business.

2.  Sales Activities Reporting:
Ensure to effectively report the sales calls, visits and travels in Qube and report the expected pipeline with the sales achieved.

3.  Regulatory awareness, Compliance, KYC and Audit:
Fully aware and vigilant in respect of compliance / KYC / anti-Money Laundering.

4.  Risk Management:
Anticipate and often pre-empts risks.  Analyses all potential risks including those of higher complexity and provides client with full and balanced assessment of risks and returns.  Involve the right resources to protect the Bank.

5.  Product and market knowledge:
Demonstrate deep knowledge and a high degree of expertise with a wide range of products across all product categories.  Develops and applies innovative solutions to highly complex client needs.

Person Specifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Professionally qualified
In-depth knowledge of investment products and markets
Working knowledge of credit products
Excellent communication and selling skills
