SUMMARY OF ROLE The Senior Fund Manager will lead the management and growth of our real estate investment funds. The role is primarily focused on sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate transactions while leveraging expertise in deal sourcing and product structuring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Real Estate Transaction Management & Product Structuring
Lead all aspects of real estate fund management, including sourcing, negotiating, and executing transactions.
Develop, structure, and launch innovative real estate fund products tailored to market opportunities.
Leverage knowledge in fixed income and alternative asset classes where applicable to enhance product offerings.
Due Diligence & Risk Management
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective real estate investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
Evaluate risks and returns to structure deals that align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Ensure robust risk management processes are in place throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Deal Sourcing & Business Origination
Identify and secure new investment opportunities by cultivating relationships with developers,
brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
Develop marketing materials and pitch presentations to attract and engage prospective investors.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing expert advice and timely updates on market trends and transaction progress.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Promote best practices in real estate fund management and facilitate continuous professional development.
Process Innovation & Improvement
Drive continuous improvement in deal sourcing, structuring, and fund management through innovative, digital, and automated solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in fund management, real estate transactions, investment banking, or asset management. Demonstrable experience in deal sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate transactions is mandatory. Additional expertise in fixed income and alternative asset classes is preferred
Certificates: CFA certification is preferred; additional certifications in real estate finance or investment management will be an advantage.
