Manager Trade Finance Sales

Description
•  Manage the local and global trade and receivables finance portfolio of the bank which includes all the corporate units.  
•    Improve Non Fund/Trade business and fee based income for Wholesale Banking (Trade, Receivable and Supply Chain Finance)
•    Joint calls with RMs of all units to identify and ensure new revenue opportunities. 
•    Estimate customers’ trade wallet size and increase Bank’s share of wallet. 
•    Conduct /organize Trainings, Seminars and Workshops for customers on Trade / TB products / utilization of Trade Portal / Hand holding 
•    Developed new trade products/services/structures to increase fee income.
•    Liaise with Trade Finance operations and address/ resolve customer service issues.  
•    Proactively identify sales opportunities and deliver value added, need-based solutions by analyzing clients trade cycles and identify trade gaps from financial statements.
•    Advise clients on best TFU products and optimize the relationship.
•    Grow the portfolio income by 25% to 35% through increased utilization and new clients by increasing market share.
•    Suggest and implement trade solutions such as receivable finance, supply chain finance, trade loans and core trade solutions. 
•    Train and support new joiners along with WB RM’s and act as a focal point on promoting awareness of TFU products.
•    Tech savy with Trade Finance platforms and drive the move of clients from transacting TF products manually onto the platform 
•    Present to Head of Transaction banking periodical reports and MIS on utilization of limits, performance, Account profitability etc.


Key Objectives 
•    Growth of  TF products numbers.
•    Drive the migration of TF clients from manual transactions to the online platform.
•    Coordinate with the TFU-Ops unit on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
•    Ensure all documentation of deals are complete.
•    Ensure all audit requirements are complete.
•    Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Candidate Specifications
•   University Degree from a reputed university 
•    10 year’s working experience
•    Experience in TFU products 
•    Knowledge of TFU operations
•    knowledge of TFU documentation
•    Knowledge of all Banking rules and regulations
